Scratch Cards Data Entry into Excel

Project Title: Scratch Cards Data Entry into Excel

Project Description:
My name is Adele McDermott and I work for a scratch card company called Purely Creative. At the moment we are looking to outsource some transcription work and I am just trying to get a rough idea of whether the work is something that you would be able to carry out and some basic costs.

The scratch cards we have would need 17 basic short fields capturing such as name, address, email, telephone number, date of birth etc. 15 of the fields are on one side of the card and two of the fields are on the reverse. We would need the fields capturing for us and the data to be returned in Excel format.

Does this sound like the sort of work you would be able to carry out for us? If so, do you have a basic idea of cost per 1000 cards and any other additional costs involved. Finally, what sort of turnaround times would we be looking at per 1000 records and would you be available for an immediate start?

Due to us being a scratch card company we rely solely on customer participation so I’m afraid I wouldn’t be able to provide an exact amount of work involved or commit to any length a time we would need the work carrying out for us. However, at the moment we would be looking to outsource approx 3k-5k cards per week and would estimate this would be the case for at least a month, after that we would need to re-assess our workload.

I would appreciate if you could get back to me as soon as possible on this.

For similar work requirement feel free to email us on info@idataentry.us.

We have given free scratch cards to our 500 new customers. We need you to enter the data of those cards to our database system.

Let us know what will be your cost and how soon can you do this?
