Project Description:
We taking care of the marketing activity for multiple restaurants and we receive customer feedback forms every week.
We need your help in the processing the feedback forms.
Following process you have to complete:
You have to scan feedback forms first using high production OCR scanners.
After converting forms in digital format, forms will need to be quality checked and indexed according to simple survey reference numbers for example: form001, form002.
Then data will be entered into the excel spreadsheet setup specifically for Branded Restaurants. The original scanned image can be linked and read for further investigation.
Extracted data and scanned images need to be uploaded to Secure FTP for staff to access.
