Project Description:
We are taking care of multiple restaurants in the Washington and receive between 200 and 400 customer feedback forms per week, in need of processing.
First you have to scan that forms with OCR Scanners. Data will be entered into the Excel spreadsheet setup specifically for Branded Restaurants.
Extracted data and scanned images need to be uploaded to Secure FTP for staff to access.
Original copies should be retained for few weeks before permission is given to securely shared paperwork.
