Project Title: Long Term Data Entry Partnership with Organization

Project Description:
We are looking for partnership with an organization for our data entry projects. Our project differs very much from one to another.

We need to take decision of outsourcing our projects base on our own estimated cost. For primary approximate price estimation, we usually use generic pricing. Please note that we don’t approach to final decision based on this pricing. We use this generic pricing just for initial decision of outsourcing. That’s why generic pricing is more helpful to us at the initial stage. Please provide us price quotes for the following generic projects so that we can apply this price to estimate our cost-

– Data Entry from clean typed / printed source (per 1000 character pricing)

– OCR to PDF output (per page basis, Manually)

– Scanning doc to PDF Color and B&W (per page basis)

– Form fill up with 50 characters each field (per filed basis)

– PDF to word typing (per page basis)

– PDF to excel data sheet (per PDF page basis, 4 columns and on an average 25 rows)

– A4 size catalog (image) to word data entry manually (per catalog basis)

– Business card to excel data (per 1000 cards)

If you have more types of pricing than this, feel free to include them as well.

Beside this, here are few current data entry projects

– Creating new excel sheet with new 6 column- 1. Name, 2. Cell phone no, 3. E-mail, 4. Office phone, 5. Office address, 6. Designation from almost 1500 business cards.

– 266 page PDF (same format, alpha numeric data) to word file

– Approximately 500 resume printed to online form with 20 field (basic job applicant’s field like name, address, contact number, education, results, experience detail etc)

– Copy paste from average 500 page PDF book to word file (13 books)

– 50 audio files (average duration 15 minutes) of clients complain record. Need to listen and write down complains in bullet points in word file.
