Project Description:
My project is all about data entry of patient records for a leading hospital to an excel spreadsheet.
One of the core challenges of the requirement would be the fact that these records are in the form of physical hand written forms.
These forms are spread across 80 fields and all information is set across 10 to 12 set of forms per patient.
You will have to enter relevant data in an excel spreadsheet as per the mapping provided by us.
Also, you will have to maintain top secrecy for patient-related sensitive information.

What is the cost and time duration required for entering data of various patients from handwritten notes to the word format?
Once all the notes has been entered to word, it then has to be converted to PDF.
