We have lots of health survey forms. These forms are in hardcopies as well as in PDF format also. We need a person who can convert it to the excel spreadsheet.
We will send you the excel sheets which will contain all the Fields that need to be entered and you need to enter data from Forms to the respective fields.
It is a complete manual data entry work where you will need to enter the information from the PDF file to the excel sheet we will provide you. Do you have experience in this kind of data entry work?
