Hi!! We are a company that makes a survey on different topics from People belonging to different categories of society. Until now we were taking the surveys through printed forms and analyzing it manually.
Now, we have decided to move towards the online surveys and so, from now all the surveys will be online. But our last 3 surveys are in same printed forms and now we need them to be entered it to our online portal. So that, we can run an algorithm to get the analysis we need.
We will provide you with the login credentials to enter the data of our last 3 surveys to our portal. Also, we will send you all the survey forms that are needed to be uploaded. It will be totally a manual job.

We have survey forms which contains our surveys we have taken to check whether the Mobile application we created is useful or not .
There are about 300 forms and data in it needs to be entered to a google sheet. Please quote for the same.
